1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the sale of an Azure Arts NYC “Artwork” to you, the purchaser.
2. Title and Risk
Upon payment in full for Artwork(s), you will become the legal owner and will thus assume full responsibility, including any risk of damage or loss of Artwork(s).
3. Eligibility
Our online gallery site is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
4. Description of Service
Our online gallery site provides a platform for the purchase of original artworks. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including pricing or availability.
5. Order Processing
We will process your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will notify you by email if we are unable to process your order.
6. Shipping
We will ship your order within 7-10 business days of receipt of payment. We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You are responsible for any import taxes or duties that may apply to your order.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
8. Copyright
All artworks on our online gallery site are protected by copyright laws. You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the artworks without the express written consent of the copyright owner.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
10. Governing Law
